Rei Álvarez aka DJ Rattan has been a vinyl record collector and DJ for over 30 years. His collection is deeply rooted in the sounds of the '60s, '70s, and '80s, with a special focus on reggae, soul, post-punk, Salsa "Dura", Afro-Latin and Brazilian grooves. He also curates a vast selection of music from Greece, Turkey and country of Georgia from the same era, reflecting his passion for global sounds and rare recordings. Rei sees himself as a DJ selector and curator of sound, always focused on setting the perfect mood through his carefully crafted sets.
